Groundhog day has come and gone, and it seems we’re stuck with winter. And I know there’s plenty of people out there that are feeling the effects of “cabin fever”. However, when ordinary winter blahs turn into something more serious, acupuncture can help.
Depression affects one in 10 Americans, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. How does one know if they’re depressed?
