Like it or not, it seems we’re actually having a real winter this year. Hibernating seems a good choice, as the temperature keeps dropping, and the roads are rather nefarious, and it’s making outside exercising and seeing actual daylight a challenge. However, it can also be bringing about a lack of energy, seasonal affective disorder, and sometimes just overall feelings of “blah” and “meh”.
